Incoming, in-process and final inspections

Stage-wise QC with sampling plans, checklists, COA and batch release.

  1. Quality Control opens with the inspection queues — Incoming (from GRNs), In-Process (from job cards) and Final QC tabs.

  2. Record parameters against the sampling plan; failed checks raise an NC and hold the lot.

  3. Final QC release generates the COA and moves the FG batch out of quarantine.

NCR, CAPA and customer complaints

Nonconformities link to root cause, corrective actions and complaints.

  1. Raise an NCR from a failed inspection or from a customer complaint (Complaints module) — both link to the same CAPA.

  2. Track root cause, actions, owners and due dates in the NCR / CAPA tab; overdue CAPAs alert the QC dashboard and the responsible owner.
