Group channels, direct messages and task management inside the ERP.
Chat has group channels (#production-floor, #quality-alerts…) and DMs. Create groups with the + button, attach files with the clip, search across chats.
The chat bubble in the header opens a compact panel on any page — same conversations, synced.
Tasks (assignments, deadlines, priorities, recurring and approval tasks) live in the Tasks module.
One calendar for meetings (with Google Meet), reminders, maintenance and statutory due dates.
Calendar shows a month grid with color-coded entries; the agenda panel lists the month chronologically.
Click New to add an entry; meetings can auto-generate a Google Meet link and send Calendar invites. Click any event to view, edit or delete it.
Compliance and PM due dates appear automatically from their modules.
Approvals, stock, production, compliance — on push, email, WhatsApp or SMS.
The bell shows your inbox; Notification Management holds per-event channel preferences.
Delivery channels use the gateways configured in Integrations Hub (WhatsApp Business, SMS, SMTP). Personal preferences are on your Profile page.
