MANUPRIME is in development and not a released system. Every plan and add-on here is available on request and configured to your process, rather than sold as an off-the-shelf subscription — which is why the prices here are introductory and there is no self-serve signup on this page. Users are included, not charged per seat.
A plan carries its users. Nobody has to decide whether the second shift supervisor is worth another line on the invoice — which is what happens when a seat is the unit you buy. Floor tablets a shift shares count once, not once per operator.

Above the included count you add users and plants at the rate quoted with your plan. Tell us how many plants you run and how many people need a login, and you get the whole figure in one number.

What we do not charge for
Your provider accounts stay yours.
WhatsApp, e-invoicing, SMS and bank APIs run on accounts in your name. Those providers bill you directly at their published rates. MANUPRIME charges for the platform around them — never a margin on top of somebody else's meter.
It costs us a little revenue and it removes the argument every ERP eventually has with its customer about what a message actually cost.

Where a rate depends on a third party — an e-invoicing provider's per-document charge, or Meta's WhatsApp per-message rates — it is quoted at the provider's current published rate and confirmed in writing before you commit. Ask us for the current figure rather than budgeting from this page.

About the money, specifically.
Are these the final prices?
They are introductory — what early customers pay while MANUPRIME is in development, and the basis of any quote we send you. They will be revised at general release, but a rate you have signed does not move: the rate you sign is the rate you renew at. What it costs you in total still depends on plants, users and the modules you turn on, so ask and the whole figure comes back in one number, including migration if you need it.
What happens to our data if we do not continue?
You export it. Everything you entered during the trial comes out as CSV/XLSX from inside the product, and the workspace is removed on request under our Account Deletion Policy. Nothing is held hostage to make leaving harder than arriving.
What counts as a user?
A named person who logs in. Shop-floor tablets shared by a shift count as one user, not one per operator — you are not charged for a screen bolted to a machine.
What happens when we cross the included users or plants?
You add the difference as an add-on at the rate for your tier, from the month you add it. Nothing stops working and nothing is billed retrospectively.
Why is WhatsApp charged when we already pay Meta?
You do not pay us for the message. Meta bills your account per message, at their published India rates; we bill for the platform around it — templates, delivery status, retries and the link back to the document that triggered it. Same for your e-invoicing provider and for bank APIs.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
Migration and on-site work are quoted separately and only where the plan does not already include them. We would rather show you that line than hide it inside a higher monthly rate.
What does renewal cost?
The rate you signed, unless you add users, plants or add-ons. We do not discount the first year and reprice once you are dependent on it.
Can we move between plans?
Up at any time, effective immediately with a pro-rata adjustment. Down at renewal, so a plan change does not silently switch off a module the floor is mid-way through using.
