Refund and Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel MANUPRIME, what is refundable, how long a refund takes, and where to go if you disagree with our decision.
Effective 3 September 2026
In short
Cancel any time — your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. New subscriptions carry a 7-day full refund window. Project work is billed for what was delivered. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days, by the original payment method.
This summary is for orientation only. The full text below is what applies.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to MANUPRIME subscriptions, add-ons and services purchased directly from AnantaTech Hub Private Limited, and to implementation, migration and consulting engagements delivered under a statement of work.
Where you bought through a reseller or a marketplace, their refund terms apply to the purchase and you should raise it with them. Where your order form states different terms, the order form prevails.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, from within the product or by writing to us. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then — we do not cut service off on the day you cancel.
Export your data before the period ends. After it ends, access stops and the Account Deletion Policy governs what happens to the data.
3. Before anything is paid
Nothing is charged before you sign. A demo on your own process and a written quote both cost nothing and commit you to nothing, so there is nothing to refund from that stage — if you decide against continuing, you simply do not start a subscription.
The refund window below runs from the date of first payment.
Metered items — WhatsApp messages, e-invoices — are billed by your own provider on your own account, at every point in the relationship. A quote from us is never a quote for somebody else’s meter.
4. The 7-day refund window
A new subscription carries a 7-day refund window from the date of first payment. Within that window, tell us you want to stop and we refund what you paid in full, provided the account has not been put to substantial use in the meantime — the same window our sister products Easy Khata and LegalPrime run.
The window applies to a genuinely new subscription. It does not reopen on a renewal, on an upgrade, or on a repeat purchase after a previous cancellation.
If you have already consumed a metered add-on — messages sent, e-invoices generated — the cost of what was actually used is deducted, because a third party has already billed us or you for it.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled. We send a renewal reminder before an annual term renews, to the billing contact on the account.
If a renewal is charged that you had intended to cancel, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will cancel and refund it, provided the account has not been materially used in that period. We would rather refund a renewal than argue about a reminder somebody missed.
6. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the remainder of the current term.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal rather than mid-term, so a plan change cannot switch off a module the plant is part-way through using. We do not refund the difference for the unused part of a higher plan.
7. Project and consulting engagements
Implementation, data migration, training and custom work are billed for what has been delivered, against the milestones in the statement of work.
If you cancel mid-engagement, you pay for work completed and accepted up to that point, plus any third-party cost we have irrevocably committed on your behalf. Anything you have paid beyond that is refunded.
Advance payments for work not yet started are refundable in full.
8. When a refund is not due
If a feature does not do what we told you it did, that is not a change of mind and it is not covered by this section. Tell us, and we will make it right or refund you.
- Time that has already elapsed on a subscription outside the 7-day window.
- Third-party charges you incurred through your own provider accounts — WhatsApp messages Meta has already billed, an IRN a GSP has already generated.
- Metered usage you have already consumed.
- Accounts terminated by us for a material breach of the Terms and Conditions or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Add-on top-ups — extra users, plants, devices or storage — once activated.
- Discounted, promotional, custom-priced and annual prepaid plans, which are sold on the basis that the term is committed. This matches Easy Khata and LegalPrime; the three products do not have different refund rules.
- A change of mind about a feature that was accurately described before purchase. This is what the demo and the 7-day window exist to prevent.
9. How to request a refund
Write to contact@anantatechhub.com from the email address on the account, with the invoice number and a sentence on why. You do not need to justify a request inside the 7-day window.
We acknowledge within 24 hours and decide within 7 business days. If we need something from you to decide, we will ask once and clearly.
10. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back by the original payment method. We do not issue credit notes in place of a refund unless you ask for one.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days. How long the money then takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer — that last part is outside our control.
11. Taxes on refunds
GST charged on the original invoice is refunded with it, and we issue a credit note as the GST rules require. Where a tax has already been remitted and cannot be recovered, we will say so and explain the effect on the amount before processing.
12. If you disagree with our decision
Raise it under our Grievance Redressal Policy. The Grievance Officer will review the decision independently of whoever made it, and will respond within the timelines that policy commits to.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that applies to you.
