MANUPRIME

Security

What's actually true today, stated plainly.

We would rather publish four things we can stand behind than a badge wall we cannot. As more is independently verified, it gets added here — not before.

In transit

Every connection to MANUPRIME — the app, the API, the shop-floor entry screens — runs over encrypted HTTPS. Nothing between a browser and the server travels in the clear.

Access control

Role-based access across 14 roles, down to the field, so a shop-floor login sees a job card and an accountant login sees the ledger — not the other way round.

  • 14 roles, each with its own dashboard and permission set
  • Approval matrices that mirror how you already sign
  • Supervisor corrections and overrides logged with a full audit trail

Stored in your region

Customer Data is stored in the region the customer belongs to — Indian customers in India, European customers in the EU, and so on for any market we enter. We are selling into the Indian market today, and every deployment currently runs on cloud infrastructure in India. If you need your data in a specific jurisdiction, name it in the agreement and we will confirm the region before anything is provisioned rather than after. Backups are taken and access-controlled to the same standard as the live data.

Your data, provably yours

Every report exports to CSV or XLSX from inside the product. A full database export is yours on request at any time, including after you leave — we do not hold data hostage to a renewal.

A question this page doesn't answer yet?

Ask us directly — certifications, backup and restore testing, sub-processors, penetration testing, or anything a security questionnaire puts in front of you. We would rather answer it on a call than guess at it here.
