What the MANUPRIME website is and is not — general product information rather than professional advice, and what that means for prices, feature status and demo figures.
Effective 28 August 2026
In short
This site describes a software product. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, published prices are an invitation to discuss rather than a binding offer, and every figure in the live demo is invented for demonstration.
This summary is for orientation only. The full text below is what applies.
1. Information, not advice
This website describes what MANUPRIME does. It is general information about a software product, and it is not professional advice.
Nothing here is accounting, tax, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing on it should be relied on in place of a qualified professional who knows your specific situation. References to GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills, TDS, payroll statutes or industry compliance are descriptions of features, not statements of what the law requires of you.
2. Not an offer
Prices, plan contents and feature descriptions on this website are an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer. A contract exists only when we both sign an order form or you accept a subscription through the product.
Where this website and a signed order form disagree, the order form is what applies.
3. Feature availability
We describe the product as it is, and we mark what is not yet generally available. If something on this site is in beta, on request, or on the roadmap, we say so on the page and we say so on the call.
Where you are buying because of a specific capability, ask us to confirm its status in writing before you commit. We would far rather answer that question than have you discover the answer afterwards.
4. The demo environment
The live demo runs on entirely fictitious data. Company names, people, transactions, quantities, rates and KPI figures in it are invented for demonstration and do not describe any real business, and are not benchmarks.
Figures shown on industry pages are drawn from that demo dataset. They illustrate the shape of a report, not the performance of a customer.
5. Output from the software
MANUPRIME calculates costings, valuations, statutory returns and reports from the data entered into it. Those outputs are only as reliable as that data and the configuration behind it.
You remain responsible for reviewing what the system produces before you rely on it, file it, or send it to a customer or an authority. We are not responsible for a decision taken on an output you did not check.
6. Third-party names and marks
Names such as Tally, WhatsApp, Meta and the names of any bank, marketplace or device manufacturer are the trade marks of their owners. We use them only to describe compatibility or to compare honestly. Their use does not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or a partnership with those owners unless we say so explicitly.
7. External links
This website links to other sites, including those of our sibling products and third-party providers. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Forward-looking statements
Anything on this site about future plans, roadmap items or intended capability reflects our current intention. Plans change with what customers need and what turns out to be possible. Do not buy on the basis of something that is not yet built unless we have committed to it in your order form with a date.
9. Limitation
To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here limits the commitments we have made in the Terms and Conditions or in an agreement you have signed with us.
