Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and applies to everyone who uses MANUPRIME — the website, the live demo and a signed-in workspace.

It is deliberately short. It exists so that we can act when something is genuinely wrong, not so that we have a pretext to terminate an account we no longer want.

2. Do not break the law

An ERP is a system of record. Falsifying one is not a software configuration question, and we will not help with it.

• Do not use MANUPRIME to commit, plan or conceal a crime.
• Do not use it to produce false invoices, false statutory returns, or records intended to mislead an auditor, a regulator or a tax authority.
• Do not infringe anybody’s intellectual property, or upload content you have no right to.
• Do not use it to evade sanctions or export controls.

3. Do not harm the service or other customers

• No attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or another customer’s workspace.
• No probing, scanning or penetration testing without our written agreement. We welcome coordinated security research — ask first, and section 7 explains how.
• No malware, and no uploading a file you know to be infected.
• No load that is designed or reasonably likely to degrade the service for others, including uncontrolled automated requests against our API.
• No circumventing usage limits, seat counts or plan restrictions by technical means.

4. Do not abuse people

You are the sender of messages that leave your workspace, and the obligations under TRAI’s commercial communication regulations and your provider’s own policies are yours.

• Do not use the messaging features to send unsolicited bulk communication. Where you send WhatsApp, SMS or email through MANUPRIME, you must have a lawful basis and the recipient’s consent where the law requires it, and honour opt-outs.
• Do not harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, including our staff.
• Do not upload personal data you have no right to process, and do not use the system to build a profile of somebody for a purpose they would not expect.

5. The demo environment

The live demo is shared, fictitious and periodically reset. Do not enter real business data, personal data or anything confidential into it, and do not rely on anything you leave there persisting.

6. Automated access

Where your plan includes the API, use it within the documented rate limits and identify your integration honestly. Scraping the website is unnecessary — tell us what data you want and we will usually just give it to you.

7. Reporting a problem

To report abuse, or to disclose a security vulnerability, write to contact@anantatechhub.com. For a vulnerability, give us a reasonable period to fix it before disclosing it publicly, and we will not pursue action against research conducted in good faith and within these boundaries: no access to another customer’s data, no degradation of service, and no social engineering of our staff or customers.

8. What we will do

We will tell you what we did and why. Where we suspend rather than terminate, we restore access as soon as the cause is resolved. Termination under this policy does not create a refund entitlement.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product and the threats change. Material changes are notified to customers in the same way as changes to the Terms and Conditions.
