Does bulk wait for a QC release before filling?
Yes. Bulk is a stocked intermediate that cannot be issued to filling until its inspection passes, which is the control most spreadsheets miss.
How is shade match handled?
As an inspection parameter against a reference standard, recorded per batch with the panel or instrument reading, so a customer complaint has evidence behind it.
Can it manage expiry and batch coding?
Manufacturing and expiry dates derive from the batch and shelf life, and the coding data passes to packing so the printed pack matches the record.
